To be honest when we first stated it was 600 some days I was like wow this is going to be forever, but in my head I was like it's next year since he proposed January 2022 and we are getting married in 2023 so a year, nope the countdown screamed 600 and now we are at 428 days. so getting there. Summer is flying through, winter will be slower then Summer will fly through and so will the wedding.

Oh nice!! we had to unfortunately make an appointment. We showed up right when city hall opened last week since my fiancé had the day off and they rejected us and we were the only ones there! So our appt was scheduled for this morning and it was all done in 20 mins

Yay!!! So exciting! It definitely makes it feel more real!

We just picked up ours too!! We went to a small town in Alberta on the edge of BC and there was nobody in there so it was super fast and easy! (we live in BC and getting married in Alberta)

I totally understand where you're coming from. When we got engaged we were at 700 days until our wedding and the first 6 months of engagement we had all our vendors booked so we just sat back and relaxed until the one year mark then there's been tons more planning to do and it gets busy by the 6 month mark!
