Does anyone know whether any place in BC or ON are issuing marriage certificates any time soon?

It looks like Toronto's city hall is closed, but what about BC?

I live in Kelowna and I JUST applied for my marriage license today at Service BC. It is open to the public but closes for certain hours during the day for cleaning. Not sure where you are but maybe check the Service BC in your area.

All service centres are closed in BC with an unknown date of opening, I've seen some service centres say June 30 but what if that gets extended again. I never even thought of this until two nights ago and woke up panicked that weddings....even elopements wont be able to happen until it opens back up.
