Marked as Spam if you message too many vendors

Apperently you can't message too many vendors, I don't even know what's the limit and that there was a limit. Once you are marked as spam, they can't remove your marked as spam. Now I have to create a whole new account.

    I went through the website directly or called them personally rather than trying on this site for vendors.

    I've only reached out for photobooths. Everyone else I went through their sites directly or went to our city wedding show and found most vendors there.

    Wedding Wire is a great site for some things, but it has it's issues.

    I'm using this site and the knot to get best of both worlds.

    Personally, I did not reach out to anyone on Wedding Wire, I found the vendor on google and went through the vendors actual website. Nothing ever went to junk or spam and it was a much quicker response. Maybe try that before making an other account.

    When I first joined in 2021 I was told to never reach out by wedding wire, a lot less issues to find them on here and then go ahead on their actual homepage.

    It happend to me yesterday, I'm trying reach out to transportation, make up and hair which to be honest weren't too many vendors compared what I asked for when I was looking at venues and florist. I'm looking another girl is having the same issue as me. You might be having an issue overall. Did you change rules

    I am so sorry you are having a hard time. Have you tried reaching out on different days or are you completely blocked?

    I did and that's the answer they provided: Create another account. Now I have to manage 2 accounts because I have vendors already in one email and have manage the others. Im so disapointed.
