Looking for Budget friendly rustic venue!!!

Hello! I was hoping someone would have suggestions for a budget friendly rustic themed wedding venue that holds smaller weddings. We have a tight/strict budget and because of that we are keeping the guest count to about 30-40. We are also hoping to have the ceremony and reception at the same venue. Any suggestions would be awesome!!
We are currently looking into Trillium Trails, Kedron Dells, and The Mill Restaurant and Pub.

    Not sure how far your wanting to travel out of Durham Region but there is Ranch resort in Bethany or In Newcastle there is the community hall. I am from Oshawa so hopefully those help!

    Research venues such as barns or farms may help to work around your budget though not sure if tables, linens and china, decor and more has to be done by you.

    I should also mention the area! We are looking in and around the Durham region Ont.
