This venue was on our short list and the reasons we didn't book them was because the reception area is too big for our guest count (which in hindsight, if we wanted to go through with a wedding this year might have actually worked out better).
I hope they're not giving you trouble with your booking or any postponements you require. I dealt with one of the sales ladies and she was very descriptive with package offerings and legalities but not sure if she's still there or whether the owner has the same customer service.
