Looking for an affordable photographer in Victoria, bc area

I just wanted to first say that I hope all the bride and grooms are doing okay with all the wedding changes ! I am posting on here to see if anyone can help us out ...
I am looking for an affordable photographer in Victoria,BC willing to capture our legal ceremony for a couple hours on sept 5,2020. Our wedding was supposed to be sept 6,2020 but due to COVID-19 we decided to postpone. Since our wedding was going to be over 200 people, I don’t think we would be allowed to move forward with it. We decided to opt of a small intimate wedding ceremony this year, with close family and move our wedding celebration to 2021. That being said, most of our budget has been spent on our bigger wedding celebration. I am looking for someone to capture the special and most important moments of the legal ceremony so it does not go uncaptured as it is still a special day for us! Any suggestions of anyone starting out and looking to build their portfolio? Any suggestions on what other couples are doing to keep within budget ?
