You can do a YouTube Live stream. Video quality is superior to Zoom and Facebook. They have private/unlisted functionalities so that the stream, and the resulting end video, can only be seen by you and whoever you give access to.

Any smart phone can utilize the YouTube app to do this, or you can use the browser via a laptop with webcam. I suggest an iPhone or iPad for best results.
