I'm wanting something more affordable, so I'm planning to use some tea lights in jars, but haven't thought too much about it. I have some birch slabs with numbers that I got from a relative, so I'm trying to find stuff that looks good with those. I collect weathered glass from the seashore (commonly known as sea glass) and my mom suggested maybe doing something with that, or at least the colours closest to our wedding colours (brown glass wouldn't look good with it, but blue and white would). If I can get flowers in bulk and put together my own bouquets and arrangements, I'd see if I can take the extras and do something with them. My aunt did a really nice wildflower bouquet for my mom, so if I can find a place that sells what I want (mostly hydrangeas as I can get the rest from Costco or wild), it would be fun to put something together as arranged flowers are a bit too far out of the budget and hard to justify. The venue says no open candles and no confetti or loose petals, so there's some restrictions there too.

We had flowers with some rose petals sprinkled around it on the table. Very happy with how it turned out

I’m doing with a empty wine bottle with wax drips
Down the sides and stacked on old books and a led candle stick in the mouth of the bottle then from there adding green foliage around to make it pop
