    Ours is printed by our venue! I still have to make the seating plan, but I send the list to the venue for them to print off!

    This is what we are doing. Printing the tables on labels and putting them on the wine bottle. Unsure of what we are putting into the wine bottles, but they will be displayed on the ladder. Looking into small fairy lights if I can find a good deal for them, or some fake flowers!
