Lazy / Tardy Vendors

It’s always been my understanding that when a vendor makes a commitment to a customer and services are paid for that the product is delivered on time? 22 days late without reason doesn’t sound like good business.......plus this vendor has had since January.....So frustrating

    I know this might be a hard time and i agree with taking her to the BBB. There are other options we used vista print and they where beautiful. And i would review her

    I would screenshot the emails and add them to the reviews. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but a picture of her nasty words can be worth a whole lot more!

    We have tried this and have full documentation we are waiting for an update until November 29th then we will be going to the better business bureau and exploring other avenues. She was pretty much paid in full.

    The Vendor is actually on weddingwire but I have a feeling like reviews won't really hurt the women after the terrible things she has said to myself and my fiancé through email. Would really just like our invitations.

    Unfortunately It is for our invitations which we were suppose to have November 1st 😩 We don't have a contract per say but have an invoice as to the services expected as well as emails and copies of all payments etc. Also have emails outlining delivery date etc

    No we have not. We are hoping to hear back on or before November 29th. Otherwise we will be contacting the better business bureau and perhaps filing a police report if that's something we can do.

    I would reach out to them to see what the delay is, and give them a reasonable reply deadline. if you still don't get an answer you'll need to decide whether you want to continue working with them. Depending on how much money you've put into the vendor you might have to take a loss and move on, and leave them a very honest review wherever you can!

    Have you paid them and signed a contract? if not i would forget them!! if you paid for them and signed a contract i would be screaming at them

    Is this a photographer? What kind of vendor is it? Does your contract stipulate a timeline?
