Late Thank-you Card

I need advice ASAP!

The wedding is long over and I realized that I forgot to send out my now MIL her thank-you card for my SHOWER. Can I still send it? The reason why I delayed it was because I wanted the wording to be perfect, but instead I just forgot to send it altogether.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Absolutely! I'm going to first make sure that her shower thank you goes out way before the wedding thank you. Just so there will be no misunderstanding at all lol.

    Fair enough, You don't even have to apologize, just say thank you for your patience or something. She probably knows you were busy right before the wedding and rightly didn't have time.

    Definitely feel comfortable sending it out now, but I'm still not sure about the blurb apologizing lol.

    Thanks for the input! I'm definitely going to be sending it out, but I'm not sure if I'm even going to aknowledge that it's late lol. Still deciding on that.

    I agree, send it! Just make sure it's separate from the wedding day thank - you's. For all she knows you sent it with the rest and hers got lost in the mail!

    Never too late to send it and can put sorry for the delay if you feel its long over due for it being sent this late.
