Anyone else having issues getting the labels to load and download?

    Hi Mallory,Sometime it might be a browser compatiblity issues. Have you check to see if your compatiblity view is on and your browser you are using are currently up-to-date?

    My work around currently is to open in the app, send the link to myself as a text message, and download it from there. Nothing else seems to work for some reason.

    Clicked the links in both my PC and my phone. The PC gives me the
    "This site can’t be reached

    The connection was reset." error.

    The phone is just a blank page. No image. I have no downloads, but it appears it's just me.

    Hi Mallory, Did you click on the links? Sometimes they will go automatically in to your download map. I have send them again in private message. Let me know. Smiley heart xx

    I just clicked the labels in the message Zoe sent me this morning, saved them to my computer and then checked my download section. They all worked!
