So we go for our meal tasting in a few weeks and my fiancé and I just sat down and made our picks. I was trying hard to pick things I really like and are a little different while also things most would like. We are doing a buffet with 2 main dishes and we decided on roast beef, and a mango red pepper chicken. Our sides will be a sun dried tomatoe pasta (good for anyone who doesn’t want one of the meat options), mashed potatoes and rice. And then we have a bunch of different salads we get to taste and then choose 3 (in addition to a garden salad). Plus all the extras like dinner rolls, veggie tray, deli tray etc. I’m so excited I just had to share with you guys.
Now I have no idea how we are going to choose our hors derves. They have a lot to choose from and they all sound so good.
