Hi Ashley!
A good place to search is Yelp! I would advise identify a bunch of hairstylists on the site and then spend some time browsing their previous work on their websites or social media accounts.
I've moved this discussion to the Alberta local group to increase the likelihood of some great local recommendations

It doesn't look like there is any people registered in Jasper on Wedding wire. Have you tried to post in a local site for Jasper like a wedding swap site or swap site of any kind for Jasper and get peoples recommendations threw that way? This might be the best bet
