Is it possible to remove the voclas from a song?

Certain audio programs that are free to download have a lyric-removing option. I typically used Audacity when I was working, but you need a good quality sound file.

I thought of that, too - keeping that in the back of my mind if I can't do it another way. There's a cool brass section in there that I'd like to keep if I can, but will default to that option if needed!

Oh, what about if you were to get your son to play it on his guitar on a recording? (I mean, it's an option)
