Food trucks are a growing trend. There are food trucks in big cities, at festivals and concerts, and now, at many weddings! Are you hiring a food truck to bring your favorite cuisine to your reception? Will they be catering the cocktail hour, the late night snack, or even the whole main meal? I think it is a neat idea but is also very limiting to your menu. It could also get expensive if you want to rent different trucks for different types of foods or desserts.

If we lived in a city where there were more food trucks, this may have been an option, but we are pretty limited. There are some really great ones out there, though!

We wanted to for the 10 pm food/snack but our favourite food truck closed. Now we are just doing tomato pizzas, cheese & cracker platters, fruit, sweets table and candy bar

I don't think I would have used this option. I reminds me too much of a carnival, and I don't think it would be any less expensive in the end, especially for the meat.
