Invitation for specific couples

Sara, on January 16, 2019 at 12:38 Posted in DIY 0 7

I am trying to organize and create my invitations and i'm a little stumped on how to word and which card I address the couple that I am inviting, like for example if I am inviting a married couple or a couple who is in a serious relationship. Do I put their names on the rsvp card on the line? or address it on a different card? because not all of my guests will have the option of a plus one

I don't have any specific photos of mine right now! But the below images i found on google is what I did! So on the label there is specific names on them, and then on the RSVP card itself, where the image shows "M_____________" I actually printed the individuals names again so that they know it's specifically for them only!

I personally customized the labels on the envelope and the RSVP card to include specific people! If I wanted anyone to be allowed a guest I would simply put "______ & Guest"

For me, I will be putting both of their names on the envelope (if they share the same last name then I would address it as Mr. & Mrs. John Doe otherwise it would say Jane Doe & John Deer), and for the RSVP I will be having them RSVP by phone so it's easier and won't make them or myself pay for more postage.

I will also be including the wedding shower invite in the same envelope and have it addressed solely to the females only. Of course, if I have any guys that ask about the shower I can extend the invitation to them as well - as long as they know it's going to basically be an all girls kind of thing.
