Interfaith ceremonies

Hello
We are planning to have 2 ceremonies. A nikah and Christian ceremony. We want to sign our license during the Christian ceremony (separate days).

Does anyone know how it works to have 2 ceremonies and your marriage license?
Also wondering if anyone has recommendations for the nikah or emam as I do not want to or plan to convert my religion, and we do not know anyone.
