Guys I woke up this morning feeling okay but as the day goes on I'm getting more and more sick. Sinus headache, exhausted, very stuffed nose. I need remedies and fast!

Try to relax and rest as much as possible (I know that may be difficult with the wedding so close). Drink lots of fluids and boost vitamin C. I've used Emergen-C from the drug store, which is a powder that you mix in water and drink and it gives you a boost of Vitamin C and anti-oxidants, it won't relieve your symptoms, but I've found it helps to shorten the duration of my colds. To get through the day I use cold and sinus pills. Hot teas and soups are good. In particular peppermint tea or essential oil helps headaches. Chamomile and green teas are good for congestion, honey and lemon will soothe the throat.

Girl you are not alone! I got sick on my birthday (15th) and am just starting to feel better now! One of my clients told me to take a shot of brandy, heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds, and then put your face right over top of it and breathe it in. I did it last night, and it does burn, but I know if I was more stuffed up it would have cleared right up.

Also with sinus if you have a neti pot do that! Apparently it helps a ton ( I personally hate the feeling lol)

Go to David's Tea and get Cold 911 tea. It helps me a ton when I feel stuffy.
