Whatever works for you - we skipped the headache and if we went with just the basics for food from them then it would have only been $15/person with a min. of 15 people for pick up and 40 people for delivery It might be worth it in the end to look into it at least

We are going to have it at home in our small back yard. Since it's only a couple dozen people we were thinking unique but not sure of the amount of wok we have to do. The butcher will debone, stuff and supply all equipment, we just have to pick up and cook. We want unique.

THank you. We have found a local butcher that debones then stuffs, supplies the equipment and we cook it. Just not sure how much work that will be for us.

We are looking at doing ourselves. only a couple dozen people.

My friend did a pig for her wedding it was amazing. she got it at the butcher they normally get the pig at and then they delivered it to the hall and the hall displayed it

We kind of did? We had a big 200 person wedding at a venue and blah blah blah - but our catering was Danny's Whole Hog BBQ and it was awesome! I would say to look around for a BBQ place like them near you!
