I don't drink because I'm the biggest lightweight ever! Lol But I will taste wine for cooking . Thanks for this list! I will have to leave it to the FH to pick the wine for our reception. I'm guessing that's a job he will love to help with!!!!

Our venue allowed us to do a wine tasting with our menu tasting. We tried a flight of white wines with the appetizers and a flight of red wines with the entrees. It was interesting because we tried each wine before the food and then went back to them as we were eating and it really did change the taste so we were glad that we were able to try it with the food! And it was nice on the night of the wedding to already know what type of wine I wanted and not have to waste glasses that I didn't like.
