Does anyone know how much Pipe and Drape I would need to drape a ballroom that is 5000 sq ft.?

Unfortunately, no. But I do think your venue coordinator might be a good resource for this. If it had been done before, they probably have the details, and if not, I am sure they would have a decor contact who could help.
