7 years of dating before we got engaged - he asked me to marry him on the same week he asked me to be his gf 7 years ago! We are getting married next August so it will be 8.5 years by the time we get married.

My fiance and I were together for 5 years. We bought a house in September and naturally this is the next step for us as we know that we want to spend our lives and build a family together. I did not expect the proposal to happen but it did!
