How early is early to host stag and doe?

Hey everyone, my wedding is October 2023. I was wanting some input on how early is too early to host a stag and for. Because our wedding is near Halloween, I was wondering if hosting my stag and does this year in October (Halloween party) would be okay. Any thoughts are welcome!

    Anytime within a year of your wedding is the standard. If it is one year exactly that would be fine. So any time from October on go for it.

    It’s whatever you want ! There’s no Etiquette on this, you can do it a week before your wedding or a year before your wedding! Either way people are just excited to celebrate with you!
    Our wedding is in September and we are having our bach’s in July

    I don't think there's really a hard rule for this sort of thing. A Halloween party would be a nice tie-in to your eventual nuptials.
