I feel like we have a medium amount - not just MOH/BM but not 6+ on either side. We're unbalanced with 1 MOH, 3 Bridesmaids, 1 Best Woman, 2 groomsmen and 1 flower girl, 1 ring bearer.

I'll only have a MOH and FH will have his BM. I'm not having any children in the wedding itself though our children will have special clothes that match the wedding colours.

I would consider mine "normal" lol My parents had the same size if not 2 more than us, but we aren't having a small party of 2 or 4...

Big-ish I have four people in my side of the wedding party, and my FH has five or six (we're experiencing some drama with someone he had asked to be on his side of the wedding when we first got engaged so we're unsure if she'll still be in the wedding).
We'll also have one ring bearer and possibly two flower girls
