Hello,

I’m having a difficult time finding a venue that can host a Hindu wedding. It requires an open flame which isn’t allowed in most indoor venues.
Does anyone have suggestions on where I can have my ceremony? Any ideas or recommendations will be most appreciated.

I am also looking for a venue for a hindu ceremony in Calgary. Did you have any luck finding a venue?

I can imagine venues having this matter due to their safety issues. Ask around to see if anyone has used particular venues for a wedding knowing the flames aren't aren't high. The owners of the venue may be sirprising to be Indians too and be good for the weddings to be held. Don't givw up on your search and hioe you find your choice of venue. Ask on facebook too to ensure others will guide you through this matter at the same time.

Have you thought of doing your ceremony outdoors?
There are a few couples on here that would be able to help you out. In the meantime, message your local wedding groups, you never know.
