Honeymooning in toronto!

Hey everyone!

My fiance and I have decided to honeymoon in Toronto for budgetary reasons. I'm planning to get city passes for the both of us and we are going to hit up medival times. I'm wondering if anyone from toronto could give me some other places/ sites/ shops we should check out while we are there. We are planning a week long visit. We also really want to make our way to the asian markets. Let me know if you have any other ideas, also suggestions on hotels?

    CN Tower, Ripleys Aquarium, ROM, Medeival Times, Casa Loma, Toronto Zoo, The Science Centre are all good attractions to go and see! The only one I havn't done was Casa Loma but it looks gorgeous! Restaurants I am not as helpful but the Old Spaghetti Factory is one of my favourites! Toronto Islands I have heard good things about! Also you can go see a baseball game or something! Lots of different things to do in Toronto! I did a steam whistle brewery tour which was definitely interesting!

    Depending on the time of year, definitely spend a day on the Toronto island! You can also air bnb places on it if you like! Also, check out the distillery district it's stunning .

    I love Toronto! I recommend the usual suspects: ROM and AGO. However, you can wander around Kensington market and spend no money. It'll be a lot of fun. I'd check airbnb for some really cool places to stay even private entrances

    When is your honeymoon? If it's in the summer go across to the island! We spent 2 out of our 5 days there enjoying the sites and the beaches. It was very relaxing.

    What about doing a Paint Nite? I might do one on our honeymoon. I am going to one with my mom a week before the wedding.

    Check "Blog TO". They have a calendar of events going on around the city, including pub quizzes, art shows, concerts, conventions as well as restaurant and bar recommendations. You'll definitely find something unique and "hipstery" to do. ☺

    Rent a car and drive to Niagara on the lake for a wine tour. I'm weird and I love dinner at the old spaghetti factory. Childhood favourite.

    Segway tours thru the distillery district. Catch a game. Go to the beach on the island d for the day.rent a car
