Grand Bahia is an amazing resort chain! I stayed in Punta Cana. My friends have stayed at Grand Bahia in Jamaica and loved it. So you've made a great choice!

I would have loved adults only! Ours has a waterpark where a lot of the kids venture off to anyways and so it shouldn't be as bad! Plus we plan on doing excursions off the resort basically everyday and so it wont be a huge issue!

We have finally decided on a location and resort too, but we have booked it yet. Oddly enough we are planning to book the Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an in the Mayan Rivera Mexico. It's an adults only resort and the penthouses have private rooftop hot tubs....swoon!

Congratulations!!! I just want to tell you what a great choice you made. I stayed here a few years back and would recommend in a heart beat. Food was amazing and the staff made the difference.
Word of caution....Please bring water shoes if you are an ocean lover tho...sea urchins are in Runaway bay and you do not want to step on one of thosrle bad boys....they are protected in Jamacia so resorts cant remove them. They are not on beach...just hiding in the water.

It is beautiful! I am so excited as I have never really been anywhere. I went to Cuba in 2011 on a family vacation. This will be such a different experience and we went high class with our choice since my fiance has never been anywhere and I have only been to Cuba! Our jack and jill is covering the cost and so I feel really good about choosing somewhere like this!

We are going on August 17th, so a few days after the wedding so we have some time in between to relax and get everything back in order and then we can go on a week long vacation!
