Help needed - Outdoor ceremony backdrop?!

Dara, on January 26, 2020 at 12:50 Posted in Wedding ceremony 0 9
Hi! My fiancé and I are having an outdoor wedding ceremony and are really struggling to find an arch/arbour, or other ceremony backdrop. The ceremony is in Burlington, ON!

We were hoping for a white arch that our florist can hang flowers from (don’t want iron or for it to look flimsy). Any suggestions?! Or other ceremony backdrop decor as well.
We found some, however the places require min. Spending amounts ($1000 for example) which doesn’t work for us!

If you are having the ceremony in front of trees you could possibly drape fabric right from the branches for a super romantic look!

Check out Facebook Marketplace. They have a lot of arbors and arches and just decor in general. For most, I think you're paying to rent them which I think would be the best route anyway since you don't have to worry about figuring out what to do with it after the wedding

Have you tried looking for a second hand one?
Kijiji and Facebook yard sale are a great option.

Buidig materials are the easiest if you have any for DIY project saving the cost. Fabric and artificial flowers will help to put the look together. Support on the back of the arch will be enough to hold up the structure.
