Help!

Leslee, on March 4, 2018 at 22:35 Posted in WeddingWire 0 11

What do I put on my wedding invitation if I want to arrange a charter bus to pick all of my guests up and drop them off at my venue? So they know where to drive and all meet up kind of thing and it will drop them back off where everyone was picked up at the end of the night.

I agree with this! I am having small details on the card and then referencing the website to go to for all of the details!

I find the wedding website good of those kinds of things. I am passing the website to everyone and also on a card with the invitations so everyone knows to look on the web-site to be kept up to date

I would put transportation information, on a details/information card, or your wedding website.

I put all of this on our wedding website and kept the invites simple.

I am having a destination wedding, and we are renting a vacation home or 2 for everyone to stay at as well. I put all the information on the wedding website, but I also included a letter with my save the date, explaining everything, so that those who are not very good with computers also had a letter explaining what was going on.

This way there was not to much information over flowing the save the date card, but all the information was still sent so people had it in written form as well

Hi Leslee! I also put all of our guest transportation info on our wedding website and also included it in the welcome bags I made for guests staying at our room blocks!

We arranged transportation for our guests and just sent everyone an e-mail with details and then put that up on our wedding website.

I put all that information on my wedding website since I was having everyone RSVP there. If you aren’t having a website though, I would put that as another card as Holly suggested, maybe “transportation” or something and write out all that info

You can have a card or second on the invitation that says "accommodations" then all the charter bus details right there.
