Hey fellow wedding planners!
Any suggestions on budget friendly vendors for head table backdrops in Toronto? I am having trouble finding the right vendor and actually committing to them. Any advice?

    get a few quotes from other decor companies. i met with one in Aurora, but the quality of work looked SO cheap (and the owner did not fully understand my needs!) that I ultimately went back to DT Floral & Decor!

    The backdrop, custom arch, delivery, setup & takedown for me is approx $2200 after taxes...a bit more than i expected- thats why i said not super budget friendly....but the quality and peace of mind knowing my needs are fufilled makes it worth it.

    That's great to hear! Budget-wise, what do you think about them? You said they're not very budget-friendly?

    I chose them b/c they had what I needed: backdrop AND a custom made ombré cherry blossom arch. no other company had what I needed.

    They're not super budget friendly, but i'd look at DT Floral & Decor. they do weddings all over the gta.
