I've seen diys of smaller versions using hula hoops or slightly rigid tubing. It might be worthwhile to visit a local hardware store and ask what they suggest you could use to make your own.


With the smaller ones there is a wooden base with a channel cut into the center to hold the bottom of the loop. You could spray paint the whole thing to get the color you want.

Does it need to be a hoop? You can make an inexpensive arch/arbour out of copper piping or even PVC and cover with drapery panels, or fabric from a supply store. Flowers are always going to get you on price..that's inevitable.

My head table backdrop/decor was 4k. It included a 2d backdrop, linens, chargers, napkins, candles, a boujee overlay for the head table only, etc. What is your budget? I might be able to recommend a fabulous company who can work within your budget She was super reasonable with me and helped me create my vision within my budget.
