What about a mashup of both of your last names?
#monteamillo or #jaratealegre

Another cute one is #HeadAlvaroHeels (like head over heels) and you could expand it to #HeadAlvaroHeelsInLove to make it a bit more obvious to guests. Or #WillYouMariaMe?
