Has anyone used "with Joy" for their website/invitations

Hello All,


Getting married January 2022 and I'm working on my wedding website. To save some money/reduce our paper use we have elected to do online Save the Dates/Invitations. I really wanted to make my wedding website and invite service work together as effectively as possible so as to not lose track of any RSVPS and such, and while researching that I came across With Joy.

Has anyone used With Joy as a website and planning tool? It appears to have everything I need in one site - including invitations- and it claims to be 100% free. Somehow it all just seems a little to good to be true? Could anyone who has used it in the past comment on how effective/easy to use it is? Did the invitation feature work well.

    We're using with joy. Heard about it when S.O's cousin used it 2 years ago. I loved the site and usability as a guest and I love everything it offers now that we're using it for our day.

    We won't be using it for invites though.

    We had it on the back of our invites (paper not e-vite) with the website as you see here 🙂 (obviously our plans changed from this one - Ontario lockdown). You would definitely be able to put it on your save the dates and invites in a similar fashion. Just make sure all the guests names are in the guest list on the site before you send it out! There's an easy way to import them too (you need it for RSVPs anyway if you don't want people to add whoever they want). Actually if I remember correctly, when we sent update emails we had the option to include the website and password so I'd assume their invites have the same option.Has anyone used "with Joy" for their website/invitations 1

    I had not thought about the password feature, but it makes sense. How did you go about ensuring all your guests got the password - can you send it out with the Save the Dates/Invites?

    With Joy is amazing! Veeeery easy to use, bunch of customization options! Doesn't feel like a cookie cutter design, both the website and the invites. I switched to With Joy from The Knot and didn't regret it once. Highly recommend

    I tested out so many websites and WithJoy was an easy choice! We were so happy with it. The RSVP was the biggest seller - loved how customizable and private it was. With all our covid changes, this website made it so easy to keep everyone updated and informed with their customizable emails etc. I love that even though it was free, the domain name was actually pretty good and it was all password protected.

    We're using it and so are a number of our friends. It's a great site for info and invites.

    You do need to gather everyone's emails beforehand but once you have it, it's pretty customizable and seamless to handle.
