I've been to plenty of weddings where people gave self-made wines as the favour. I made beer and gave that to my guests.

For my MOH I made a card for her with the saying: I couldn't do this without you! Will you be apart of my big day and be my maid of honor? and gave her a wine glass with the words Maid Of Honor on it
