So I have just finalized our center pieces with my venue this week. We are looking to add greenery to them, but unsure where to get them.

My florist has quoted just over $300 for about 12 tables, and the head table for fresh greens, and then a set up fee.

Does any one have any ideas where to get some greens to add to this, and what to get? I honestly am not very picky, just want some greens to add to this!

I would rather not spend an extra $300 if I didn't have to!

Im going fake for that exact reason. If you look hard enough you can find nice looking fake flowers/succulents. I think a cute mini succulent would be more then enough. You can also check walmart for end of season sales however you will have to keep them alive till the big day. I found some nice fake ones at dollarama

Going fresh is nice yet costly. It seems that for one day it does add up easily.
The idea of going fake and for less to add to your look may give your Head Table and centerpieces the look your after the better value. Michaels is great if you want to go there or even Dollarama. Check them both out and see what works for you.
At the same time, the centerpieces if giving away as favours to anyone at every table is great to save space at home. Play a game that you both like and is very interesting at the Reception.

In Alberta you can do it at Costco! I’m not sure if it would be different in Ontario, but could be worth a shot to check it out!
