Gifts to one another

I'm on the same page as Erin. We didnt due to tight budget and treat ourselves on our honeymoon thus year.

I will write my fiancee a love letter and possibly pay tickets to see our favourite football game together :-)

We can't really spend any more money with the wedding, honeymoon, and $35,000 in renovations on the house. I'm going to write him a card. I hope I can find one that says, "To my husband" and either blank inside or a nice verse.

Awww, that's so sweet! We didn't exchange gifts, we were up to our necks in expenses already, but I did call him on the morning of our wedding to tell him I was excited to marry him that day!

I got hubby-to-be personalized metal shirt stays engraved with a message on one and our initials and wedding date on the other.
Cuff links are another personal touch that could be done.
I didn't want anything because my engagement ring was more than I could want (and probably already cost a fortune).

I told him we were doing that, then I never bought him anything lol he got me a Michael kors watch

We decided to not get each other anything in order to save some money. We will be putting that money toward either our honeymoon or a house.

He was going to surprise me with a deposit on a puppy but I jumped the gun and did it myself lol so I don't know what he's going to do.
I made him a video to one of our favourite cute songs as I had a lot if footage of us from the past 7 years so I compiled a lot of into a music video. I'll probably give it to him the morning of along with vows before the ceremony

other than that i'm not sure if i want to buy more things...its already so much!

We decided not to do it because we just wanted to reduce the amount of things to do and buy. However, we're writing each other our vows to be read in the morning of our wedding. Our ceremony vows will just be the basics.
