Gift ideas for my Future Husband

Kaisha, on December 18, 2018 at 23:37 Posted in Before the wedding 0 14

I planned on getting him a watch but he just bought himself a new watch for the wedding. Any idea on what I can get him?

I'm probably doing cufflinks too! A watch case would be nice too so he could keep it safe.

Thanks for all of the help I have gotten some great ideas, I think I may do a gift basket. Include things like socks, for cold feet, maybe a custom flask, maybe some mints. Stuff like that

I got him a watch case for his birthday. He is doing a silicone ring so that won't work. I like the idea of something engraved though.

A watch case for his new watch? Or pay to have his ring engraved or something like that.

It's tough! I ended up getting mine cufflinks (Darth Vader ones - so awesome - his groomsmen will all have storm trooper cufflinks), and a photobook from a boudoir shoot I did that he doesn't know about!

Other ideas (some are repeats of what others have said) would be special socks, a bottle of whiskey and a box of cigars to share with the groomsmen (make for great photos, too!), a tie clip and cufflinks, tickets to see his favorite sports team or band after the wedding, a book of coupons for backrub, foot rub, sexy time, etc (but only if you'll actually follow through when he tries to use one of them!)...

Really, there's lots of options - it depends on what him, and you know him best!

I agree with Stephanie. We are usually not ones to do gifts, so we may just use the honeymoon for gifts. But if he does any sports you can do something personalized. I once bought my FH signed drum sticks of his favourite band for one of his birthdays.

A tie or something embroidered that he can wear on the wedding day?

    Lmao YAAAAAAASSSSS!!!!! 😂😂😂

I would say to either do a boudoir photo shoot as those are very popular and I don't think any FH or hubby has turned that down! But if you are saving that for your first anniversary as it is paper - then perhaps you could get him:

cuff links like Stephanie suggested, socks, embroider his tie, a flask (HAS to be filled), and a note as to tell him that the cuffs will keep him on lock down, the socks will help the cold feet, his tie is to remind him who he is marrying (your name is on it), and the flask to settle the nerves.

Giiiiiiiirl!!!! As I have said here a few times YOU ARE HIS GIFT! Hahah!

We are actually not doing gifts at the wedding! With the amount we are spending on the day that is a gift alone! And then Honeymoon we will probably save a bit extra and treat ourselves to something a little bit extra then!

If you are really wanting to! Maybe get him some cufflinks for his suit? Along with a really sweet letter he can read before the wedding?
