Getting ready outfits

My sister (maid of honour) and I got these cute pj sets that had different patterns from Winner/Marshall’s. Mine was navy blue with white piping and hers was a pink leafy floral with pink piping. I didn’t press my two bridesmaids to get anything, only to wear something comfortable and for it to be zip or button up. I let them know what my sis and I were wearing. To make sure everyone have something special to wear when getting ready, I found these cute open toe platform slippers from Urban Behaviour. I asked each bridal party member what design or colour they liked and bought it for the group. I also included my mom by getting a pair for her too. We all got ready in the hotel so it was great to wear them to avoid sock lines on our feet and be comfortable walking around the hotel room. Side note - I got plain dark wooden hangers for the girls too to hand their dresses on. They got to keep them after of course. I didn’t put any writing on them. I tended to avoid initials or embroidery on the gifts I got them to be something they can use in everyday wear. Everyone was comfortable with what they were wearing and it didn’t break the bank for me. I hope you find the perfect aesthetic for your special day!

View quoted message That’s why I ended up sewing them myself - I needed sizes 4 to 2XL and all the typical satin PJs stopped at XL for the most part.
I will say that Walmart was my backup plain for PJ sets if the ones I sewed didn’t work out. They have a plus line so you can find sets that will match across everyone’s size.

See i love those but the girls are wanting to have short sets because of comfort and i get that but im having a hell of a time finding any that are inclusive sizing or within budget!!

I made my bridal party PJs, but bought matching jersey robes from Wedding Star. Highly recommend the robes, they’re a great price and they’re still using them!

I ordered these for my September wedding. Plum for the wedding party & I got white. Loved that it came in many different colours and very comfortable. I ironed mine on low to try it out and it worked great. Our wedding is a Friday afternoon, and we will only have a room to change into dresses at the venue I have decided to go with Team Bride shirts ones that won't mess up our hair. We are planning a get together/rehearsal dinner the night before and will hand out their personalized tote bags I got from Wedding Star with the shirts and a few other things

I got my pj from Shein and it looks cute, I have a cricut so I added my new title on the breast pocket, planning on getting my girls matching ones, I just wanted to see how it was first. My friend bought the same set for more on Amazon.
