Food Truck wedding

The food truck wouldn't work for us but I LOOOOOOVE the idea!

So fun and interactive!

The idea sounds good and less costly as the guests enjoy themselves and not have the couple pay for everyones meals since the open bar is there.

My first questions to them would be:
1. Have you ever done an event like this of this size?
2. If so can I get some references for these evernts?

I have not been to one but I have heard very mixed reviews. They can work great do cocktail hour and late lunch especially if it’s all At one venue and they need to “turn the room over” for the reception. But as the main meal it can be hard for a food truck to get that much food out in a short period of time and they take a long time to get everyone through (think about prime time at the fair and having to wait 10min for that gourmet fair food).
