My parents!

Parents to let them know and his aunt.

I told my dad first because my mom wasn't home.

His parents are deceased, so we regularly go to my parents for advice.

We brought it up with my parents who’ve been so very supportive of our process.

He told his best man and then we both told his mom when we got back.

My mom! My dad was second... because she handed him the phone cause I couldn't talk properly and she didn't want to laugh at me. Haha

We called his family right away. He told them "Jen isn't my girlfriend anymore." They were all like WTF?!!?! what happened and he then said "she's my fiancé!" It was adorable.

Technically my FH's Aunt and Uncle were there so they were the first to know but as soon as we got home we called our parents and told them

His parents were there when he did it so I immediately called my parents and then told my sister's and best friends.

We told one of my best friends. She worked at Marble Slab and he took me out for ice cream afterwards, so we told her when we went there!

My parents! Unfortunately things didn't go to plan on the day of our engagement so we had to call them. We only told family the night we got engaged. We wanted to just enjoy the moment before we shared the news with friends the next morning.
