First Look with Dad

I've always been a sucker for the first look photos, but I am also traditional in the way that I want the first time my fiance to see me is when I am walking down the aisle. So I've decided to put a first look with my dad on my photographer must shoot list. I just think that this is amazing! Anyone else out there done something like this or planning on doing this at their wedding?First Look with Dad 1

    First look for us is similar to Getting ready shots with our families separately. This way they got to put a piece of clothing or button on the Groom. Its nice to have that moment with the father/mother or family beforehand. Here are some pictures that were taken from ours.

    I am 100% doing this with my dad! I love love love the idea of a first look with one or both of your parents. There is something so special about it.

    I AM!!! My fiancé and I are not doing "first looks".... we are not religious or anything but decided not to it, to make the ceremony more special. He will be staying at the Hotel the night before so we won't be seeing each other until the ceremony. I decided I am going to do a first look with my Dad... he did not want to see the dress before so I think it will be really nice to have pictures of that moment Smiley heart

    Love this so much. I too love the first looks, but want my husband to be first see me coming down the aisle. This is a great way to get that effect

    Oh definitely doing this! I didn't grow up in the same house with either parent, and so my dad and I don't have many photos together, but we've always been close regardless. So I've always wanted to do this with my dad ❤️
