I'm curious if all you 2022 brides have chosen you first dance song yet! I'm listening to playlists of the most beautiful music, and now I'm curious what other have chosen. Also share your walking down the aisle song if you've picked it!
Does anyone here like the band Hedley's music? My partner and I love their music and want to have one of their songs for our first dance, but most of the songs we love are sad lol
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Our first dance was ‘I said I loved you but I lied (this is more than I love I feel inside’ by Michael Bolton, and I walked down to aisle to I’ll be by Edwin McCain
My FH and I picked 'Made for you' by Jake Owen. We didn't want a song that was too fast paced (which is most of the music we listen to) but we both loved this one
We had an Indian song for our procession entrance and Truly Deeply Madly by Savage Gardens as our first dance song choice. We also had a Mother/Son dance as the song chosen was A Mother's Song.
It came down to 2 choices for us; 'All My Life' by Linda Ronstadt and Aaron Neville, and 'I don't want to miss a thing' from the movie 'Armageddon' by Aerosmith. Originally we were going to do the first one (we danced to it the night we got engaged) but ultimately decided on the second. We will still play the first at our wedding, for sure!
We're still debating on our first dance song but I'll be walking down the aisle to "I get to love you" by Ruelle. It actually started playing RIGHT after I 'said yes to the dress' at the bridal salon when I was wearing the dress so I got to practice walking in it. It was a magical moment!
I THIIIIIIINK we have decided to do an acoustic version of everlong by foo fighters and we have a friend that is going to splice it with the original to open the dance floor (so we don't have to dance for like 3-4 mins straight haha)
Still trying to figure out walking down the aisle song. But that I might make a surprise for my FH lol
We are debating between "Tangled Up in You" by Stained, "Between the Raindrops" by Lifehouse & Natasha Beddingfield, and "Everything" by Lifehouse...but I also love You+Me's song You and Me
Our ceremony songs were Chris Stapleton's Millionaire and Elvis Presley's Can't help falling in love (my husband's cousin did the accoustic version of both).
Our first dance song was George Strait's Carried away followed by our break out into Cotton Eyed Joe 🤣
