#Fiance(e)Friday - Are you similar or opposites?

We're cut from the same cloth.

We go together like, peanut butter and jelly, biscuits and gravy, chitlins and greens, beans and cornbread, oxtail and rice and peas, rum and coke, gin and juice, beans and cornbread, etc... (He's southern American, I'm Caribbean Canadian. )

We are similar in a lot of ways and different in others. We have a lot of similar interests and goals but we also do things the other doesn't quite get. We know each other extremely well though, we know when we need space and what the other person loves.

We're surprisingly similar. We both have the same visions and goals for the future, and we both also enjoy most of the same activities. It's quite nice

We have the same humour, same ideals in life, stubbornness, etc.

But we are completely opposite with temper, adventurousness, cooking skills (baking vs. cooking), etc.

We're similar in terms of our values, and a lot of major opinions. We are however polar opposites when it comes to emotions and stress. He is very easy going and lets everything roll off his back and nothing bothers him. I panic...a lot and am just very sensitive. I can be very like "fairness, justice rah rah rah" and he's just like "it is what it is". Going along with that I am super emotional and he is not very emotional and is very logical. We do balance each other out a lot.

Umm, I'd say we're 50/50.

We both like similar things, but also enjoy different stuff too! We're both very grateful to have found someone who has interests that are different than our own, giving us the opportunity to have "our own thing".

For example, he loves golfing and I hate it. I enjoy spin classes and surf camps, he couldn't care less about those things.

We are what I like to call "similar opposites" lol!

There's a lot of times we are so similar it's almost creepy, but we are different enough that we have our own interests and hobbies. We often balance each other out with our differences, but our similarities is the glue that holds us together!

We are opposites! But we have the same sense of humour and a lot of the same music tastes so those things brought us together. I am very extraverted in social situations and he is more shy. On the flip side however, he is much more adventurous than I am, and is more likely to want to try a new activity. I think we balance each other.

On the surface we are complete opporsites - different hobbies, temperments, tastes - but we share very similar core values. It's great because the differences keep life veryyyyy interesting, but we each know we have someone that we can trust implicitly to have our backs when it comes to the big things.

Fire and water. In every single aspect. But somehow we compliment each other beautifully.

Some things are similar such as our core values, but most things are different haha! i'm more of a go-go-go type of person whereas he could stay at home all day and do nothing and be happy with that

We are SO similar when it comes to hobbies, morals, views, and goals however he is the calm rational one where I am the worrier/the one who gets stressed easily. its a good balance haha

Opposites in many ways but we have a lot in common!! Before we dated I always thought he was this super cool guy, cool guy look exterior and same with all his friends (always fresh hair cuts and shave, shoes are immaculate, clothing clean and always matching... legit dresses better than I do) and then as we got closer I realized he was just as much of a video game nerd as I was and bonded over that! When we got together I discovered his cute romantic side and honestly UGHHHHHH hes so perfect
