Engraving Wedding Band Separately?

The jeweller can engrave the message you want or the date onto the ring free of charge since your buying it from them. Third party later on will charge you the same work to be done opposed to having it done the first time.

I feel like it would be best to get it engraved with the jeweler and go from there. The font is usually so small that it's difficult to read anyway. I feel like they'd know what they're doing with their merchandise.

Be careful with Things Engraved and any other sort of engraving store in the mall! I used to work at one when I was 17 and they were letting me engrave things with next to no training. Just make sure whoever does your stuff is trained and experienced!

I would say that if it won't be done to your complete satisfaction then wait to find one that does what you are looking for.

Yep! Same here! We have our bands but have decided to get them engraved (if we do) after the wedding! Just one less thing to worry about before the wedding!

I think for something like your FH's wedding band, you shouldn't pay for something unless you're absolutely sold on it. It's better to spend a bit more on an engraving that's perfect, rather than saving a bit on an engraving that you don't like as much.

I’ve never used their engraving service, but I know Made You Look in Toronto does it! Everyone I’ve ever dealt with there has been awesome, so it might be worth a call or drop in if you’re ever downtown!

I am in the same boat! I think i will check out the fonts from our jeweler and if they don't have anything I love I will take it to "things engraved" they are good but pricey
