Thank you, Sasha. I started gathering materials 8 months ago and chipped away at it. I guess I just like personalizing my wedding. It's my way of making it "different"from the rest. Also, I love saving money so I make things instead of buying them.

Yes, Erin. Excited but also a little panicky. I still have to decorate my arch, colour my hair, get my nail done, finalize the details and pay the venue.

It was just what I had at home already. Home hardware Beautitone lacquer, #****. I found it to be a little brown in tone. If I were to do it again, I would have bought a lighter gold. But I'm running out of time now with only 8 days left.!!

These look great! what brand and colour spray paint did you use? I need to paint a few things and I love the colour and how it turned out!

This was really delicate work. A few times I just wanted to throw them at the wall. But I persevered and did a few each day, using an exacto knife to cut the edges evenly.
