Cool! Have you thought about booking a restaurant for your reception, instead of a hall or hotel? I am also having a smaller wedding and went that route. It is working out great for us

one Restaurant in Edmonton stands out in my memory as delish- called Pampa...It is a bazillian steakhouse. Not sure if they host weddings, or are your style...but I can promise you would be well fed!
