Drink tickets with an open bar cocktail hour?

Looking for opinions.. We were thinking of doing drink tickets for after dinner.
2 tickets per guest ... we will also be supplying wine on the tables throughout dinner and an openbar for cocktail hour only. After dinner will be cash bar.

Are the tickets too much? thoughts on this...

We are also doing drink tickets. Pop and water and juice are all free all night though. Everyone gets 2 glasses of wine with dinner plus one glass of champagne so we will be giving out 3 tickets per person I think

The tickets are a good compromise on open bar and cash bar.

What we did is a cash bar the entire night, and then 2 bottles of wine on each table. We had pop, water, coffee, tea and juice all for free for people and then we paid the tab of that stuff. It seemed to work out great and we didn't use any drink tickets! I don't think it is needed, but it is totally your choice.
