I hear some good things about consignment shops as well!
I’d definitely recommend looking into all styles. The ones that I thought I’d like the most from “researching”, looked horrible on me. Try to keep an open mind on trying different styles until you find the kind you like the most. This will help narrow your search down for the perfect one.

For example, I started measuring the dress 3 months before the wedding. I spent a long time choosing the main dress. But I was also looking for a second dress for the wedding and I managed to find several good options on https://www.wardrobeshop.com/collections/second-wedding-dresses . I visited several dress shops and tried different models on until I understood what type of dress I wanted. I ended up ordering my wedding gown on princessly and it really differed from the one I thought I would buy But I'm very happy with the purchase.

Myself and my best friend both had really great experiences at loved again bridal in barrie. It's a bridal consignment store with a max price of $1000! Most dresses are used/second hand but there are some brand new ones too! I got my dress which was brand new originally $4500 there for $1000! The owner is so sweet and helpful! You can also check their FB page to see what they have!

I know exactly how you feel, I got a headache searching online. But definitely try to enjoy it.
