Dog-friendly Wedding Venue

Hi!
I am struggling to find a dog- friendly reception venue for my May 2019 Wedding.
My guest list is around 80 people and I really really want to include my 12- yo dog at my wedding. She recently got diagnosed cancer for the third time and it would really mean a lot to me if she can be there with me on my wedding day.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions/ ideas.
